Cancellation Insurance

The CANCEL-R insurance allows you to receive a full or partial refund of the trackday fee in the event of a serious unforeseen situation.
It consists of two separate coverages, which can be taken out independently.

1.1 Cancellation or interruption due to an accident (excluding weather conditions)

This coverage applies to:

Cancellation before the trackday
Interruption of the trackday following an on-track accident

Refund rates

100%: justified cancellation with hospitalization
70%: cancellation for medical reasons without hospitalization
50%: interruption following an accident during the trackday
0%: all other reasons not listed below

Reasons refunded at 100%

Illness or accident of the insured requiring hospitalization
Illness, accident, or death requiring hospitalization of a spouse, ascendant, or descendant (up to 2nd degree)
Birth of a child within the 7 days preceding the trackday
Theft of the motorcycle entered for the event
Official summons (jury duty, witness)
Summons to a resit examination
Serious material damage to the insured’s home or professional premises
Vehicle immobilization following an accident occurring less than one month before the trackday
Dismissal (permanent employment contracts only)
Cancellation or change of destination of public transportation

Reasons refunded at 70%

Illness or accident without hospitalization (insured or close relative)

Mechanical breakdown on the day of the trackday
Missing medical certificate
Change of mind

Pricing

10% of the trackday price

1.2 Weather Guarantee (parametric insurance)

This coverage operates without any claim declaration.

A trackday is considered “WET” if the track is wet for at least 50% of the day, based on official timing data (Quick Racing or equivalent system).

Compensation

80% of the trackday price in case of cancellation
50% of the trackday price if the rider chooses to ride despite the conditions

Important conditions

The coverage must be taken out at least 21 days before the trackday date
Official timing is mandatory

April to September: 10%
March & October: 11%
November to February: 12%
